At Giftsbyhammad, we strive to provide premium quality gents fabrics to our customers. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility  
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.  
- Fabric should not be cut or altered.  
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items  
- Customized or cut fabric orders  
- Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)

3. Return Process

- Share your order number and product images  
- Our team will guide you through the return process  

4. Refund Policy  
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed  
- Refund will be issued via:  
  - Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash  
- It may take 3–5 working days to complete the refund

5. Exchange Policy  
- We offer exchange only in case of:  
  - Wrong product delivered  
  - Damaged or defective item  

6. Shipping Charges
